What is Professional Liability insurance?

Professional Liability insurance provides coverage for wrongful acts (including breach of duty, neglect, error, omission, misstatement or a misleading statement) that occur as a result of your professional instruction.  An example of this would be if your instructor programmed a workout and was accused of poor advice/instruction which led to an injury.  The Professional Liability policy covers economic or financial losses suffered by third parties as a result of the wrongful act.
