What is Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI)?

Employment Practices Liability Insurance is coverage that protects against wrongful acts arising from employment practices.  Examples include allegations of discrimination, wrongful termination and sexual harassment of employees.  The policy covers claims from a variety of other types of inappropriate workplace conduct, including but not limited to: employment related defamation, invasion of privacy, failure to promote, etc.  The policy would cover directors and officers, management personnel, and employees.  If you are interested in EPLI coverage, please follow this link to complete an application.
